"Add Photos". Than you can browse, select and add photos, and upload
it for review.
If you filled out of your image's meta (EXIF) information, (for example:
photoshop/file/file info) you do not need to do any more, just upload image and
add it to one or more related category. Otherwise you MUST fill out Image
Title, Description, and Keywords field while uploading photos.
Can I upload a photo that I didn't
create?
Absolutely not. Anything you upload to our Stock Agency must be 100%
yours. You must own the copyright, be the sole owner of the copyright, and the
art itself may not contain anything copyrighted by somebody else. If you upload
work that isn't yours, your account will be suspended.
What file format do you want my
photos in?
jpg only plese, in 10-12 compression quality, maximum 5Mb
How long does it take for photos to
be approved?
Photos are usually approved within 12-24 hours. During heavy times,
it could take a few days at most to get approval for a photo.
Do you protect my photos from theft?
We watermark all images on our public server. Surfers and guests view comp
images until they pay to download the actual photo - at which point your account
is credited for the download.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes, you must accumulate at least $100 to be paid. If you close your
account before your earnings reach $75, you will forfeit those earnings.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this
policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of
photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare
occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.
Are there any limits to how or what I
can use the photo for?
See the Licensing for full details - basically, most uses are
permitted except reselling or posting them as stock images, or anything that
defames or slanders the models in the photo.
You will not want to use them in logos either because you'll probably want
the copyright to the logo.. and the photographer will still hold the copyright
to the photo you have integrated into your logo.. so that might not work for
you.
Some photos are OK for virtually any use, whereas others may be intended
more for editorial purposes, and some uses not be permitted unless your usage
falls under Fair Use laws.
The responsibility of determining whether your use is legal is yours, since
it's impossible for Global Photos Source Photo Agency to know what your planned
usage for the photo is.
If I purchase a subscription are there any other fees I will
encounter when downloading from the site?
No, an unlimited membership allows you full access to download any photos
on our site at no extra charge.
Are there any fees for creating something, a product of some kind, and
selling multiple copies of my product?
No. Just don't sell them as a stock image or alone, but it may be included
in a work or product as long as the photo comprises 50% or less of the product.
Examples of prohibited uses: Re-painting the photo exactly and selling it,
printing the photo on card stock and selling it as a greeting card. In these
cases the photo is more than 50% of the value of the item.
I create and sell web site templates... do I have to purchase the photo once
per template I create? Yes. Each template you create is a product. You should
purchase the photo once for each new, individual product you create. You can
resell the template as many times as you like but you owe it to the generous
photographers to pay for the photo each time you put it into a new product.
Can I get the photos in bigger sizes
than it appears on this public website?
Yes, you can require images in bigger size. Use Support menu to
describe a project you would like to use images for. We will calculate a
special price for you.
Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to
others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
I bought a subscription, but it says I'm not activated, what do I
do?

your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically
activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly subscription
